Created internally since 2008, the Eventek digital platform is a real revolution, a challenge widely met in the field of digital events.

Eventek allows you to manage all pre- and post-event stages. It allows the creation of a complete database that you will receive after the event.

Eventek includes several modules:

Eventek Registration:

Management of registrations and online abstract submissions for all the events and congresses we organize

Eventek Logistics:

Management of online reservations, support and all services related to logistics such as: accommodation, transfers, catering, etc.

Eventek Program:

Management of abstracts and the scientific program, conferences, symposia, etc.

Eventek VCenter:

To continue the momentum of challenges, in 2020 choosing to move forward, we have integrated the V-Center module into Eventek, also developed internally, to quickly respond to the needs of our customers. We launched it with pride to mark the year 2021 in style.

Eventek VCenter is a 2D virtual conference center which draws its database from Eventek* and which allows participants access to a web-based environment without having to download an application, intuitive, ergonomic, user friendly and secure. It covers virtually all user journeys and their needs. It is indeed THE platform dedicated to hybrid or 100% virtual events, with many more participants, fewer organizational costs and less carbon footprint.
