Talan Team Building in Tabarka

At Millesima Experience, we believe that team cohesion is the true driver of performance. We were immensely proud to orchestrate, from A to Z, the annual seminar of Talan at La Cigale Tabarka.

For three days, 350 talents moved to the rhythm of a tailor-made program designed to strengthen bonds and unleash energy.

The program at a glance:

Day 1: Immersion
• Arrival and check-in in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• “American 90’s” themed evening: Back to the Future! A fun, retro vibe to break the ice.

Day 2: Inspiration & Sharing
Three rotating workshops to spark team spirit and creativity:
• Strategy & Intuition: A giant “Werewolves” game hosted by the talented Hela Ayed.
• Awareness: The Digital Collage workshop to collectively reflect on tomorrow’s challenges.
• Expression: An electrifying traditional dance workshop with choreographer Rochdi Belgacem.
• Traditional Evening: A full immersion into our cultural heritage to close the day in style.

Day 3: Adventure & Nature
• A morning between land and sea with a refreshing hike followed by an epic treasure hunt across the landscapes of Tabarka.

The Millesima Challenge
Managing the logistics, entertainment, and overall experience for 350 participants requires meticulous precision. From concept creation to on-site coordination, our teams took great pride in turning this event into a collective success.
