Organize the ultimate cycle meeting. To provide a memorable experience for all employees that will remain etched in their memories. Manage the 1700 participants spread over 11 different hotels, while making them live the same experiences together and at the same time, to make them feel like one united group, regardless of their geographical location.

That's why the title of the event was amazing africa. All country participants were color-coded to facilitate logistics (badges, scarves, signage, buses), and each country was assigned a 3-person project team to ensure that each country was in the right place at the right time, so that all participants could have exactly the same experience at the same time.
